If you are looking to return or exchange your purchase, we are here to help! We offer free returns on items that meet our return policy here: 

  • We accept returns or exchanges on new and unused products within 20 days of your order date.

  • All products for return must be completely unused and unopened, in the original packaging, with both security seals untouched and intact, to be considered in salable condition to be eligible.

  • Original shipping packaging is required for returns and exchanges. 

  • Products for exchange must also be in the original packaging, this includes damaged items. 

To process your return or exchange, please contact us. 

A member of our team will reply to your request within approximately 1 to 2 business days. You can return your product for store credit in the form of a gift card or a refund to the original payment method. Exchanges are replacements of the same exact product from your original purchase.
